THE FEMOUS AMERICAN PECAN PIE

Pecan Pie

• 3 eggs    not more
• 1 tsp. melted butter   not more
• 3 tsp. Flour  not more
• 1/4 tsp. Vanilla    not more
• 1/8 tsp. Salt    not more
•  1 1/2 c. syrup     not more
• 2/3 c. chopped pecans    not more
• 1 unbaked pie shell    not more

Beat eggs; blend in butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and syrup. Add pecans; pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 and bake 40-45 minutes longer
